The Bridge

This painting was the first surreal landscape painting that I did. In my enthusiasm I painted each and every blade of grass for which there are millions. In this picture a broken down bridge allows passage from one side to the other over the raging water fall. The water rushes at such a rate that it causes a wave to be generated that laps against the shore sending a pulse of water forward with each surge filling the small streams that branch outward from the lake.
